Venture back to the 1940's with this quality vintage McBrine hard-shell luggage suitcase. Exterior design features a classic boxy appearance with a crosshatch tweed tan pattern finished in durable vinyl. Inside is accentuated with a brown tartan/plaid fabric lining with functional elastic pockets. Locks & clasps were made by "Garfield, NJ. Made in U.S.A". Key not included.
No other identifiable markings were found on or in the suitcase aside from the famous "McBrine Baggage" red & brass plaque located near the handle. There are scratches and scuffs consistent with its age and frequent usage; all of which lends provenance, unique character and glamour to this gorgeous piece of vintage luggage. Features include:

• Like-new inside, no staining or water damage
Dimensions: 18" x 13" x 6". Weighs about 5 pounds.
USAGE: Displays nicely in a retro, vintage, art deco/Boho decor or use for decorative repurposing. Suitable for contemporary travel, this luggage can be still used today.
CONDITION: Very good; some scratches, tiny gouges and wear to the exterior. Inside is absolutely immaculate & clean - free of stains & odor! Components are very sturdy - the handle, hinges and locks all function as they should.
